Because cosmetics and skincare involve strict personal hygiene and safety standards, please review our return and refund guidelines carefully below.
2. Eligibility for Returns
We accept return or replacement requests within 7 days of your order delivery date under the following specific conditions:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original, sealed packaging with all security seals intact.
- The product must include all original outer boxes, labels, and promotional items received.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice) must be provided.
3. Non-Returnable Items
To maintain uncompromising health and hygiene standards for all our customers, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Products that have been opened, tested, swatched, or used.
- Items purchased during final clearance sales or special promotional discount events.
- Gift cards and complimentary samples.
4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged during transit, exhibits a manufacturing defect, or if you received an incorrect item, we will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund.
To claim a replacement for a damaged package, you must notify our support team within 48 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp, attaching clear photos or an unboxing video showing the damaged product and outer shipping box.
5. Refund Process & Timelines
Once your returned item is received and inspected at our fulfillment facility, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (UPI, Credit Card, Net Banking) or bank account within 5 to 7 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued securely via bank transfer or store credit.
